光束整形元件是衍射光学元件(DOE),用于将近高斯入射激光束转换成圆形,矩形,正方形,线形或其他形状的均匀强度光斑,在特定工作平面中具有锐边。

 

均匀的斑点能够对表面进行相同的处理,不包括特定区域的过度/不足。此外,该斑点的特征在于尖锐的过渡区域,其在处理区域和未处理区域之间形成清晰的边界。对于单模激光器,大家提供以下光束整形解决方案:

 

? 焦点成形:混合元件(透镜)或模块,在特定工作距离(透镜的BFL或从模块的出口位置到顶帽平面的距离)处提供顶帽强度分布。

? 角度光束整形:光学元件(窗口),在无像差客户的镜头的无限远或焦距处提供顶帽强度分布。 

? M-Shaper:光学元件(窗口),在扫描线上提供均匀曝光。

 

对于多模激光器,Holo/Or提供多种平顶漫射器,可选择圆形,方形,线形和矩形光斑。
